As a Recruiter supporting reputed company’s Customer Experience Operations organization, you’ll help drive high-volume hiring across roles that power customer engagement and service delivery. This includes positions in Connections, Customer Experience, Customer Support, and field-reputed company such as Photographers. reputed company focuses on efficient, reputed company hiring through class-based and pipeline-driven reputed company models.About the role
This role is reputed company on executing full-cycle reputed company in a high-volume environment. You will manage multiple requisitions and hiring classes simultaneously, owning the process from intake through offer while ensuring speed, consistency, and a strong candidate experience.
You Will Get To:
Manage end-to-end reputed company for high-volume Customer Experience Operations roles, including class-based hiring programs
Partner with hiring managers to reputed company on role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate reputed company
Review and screen high volumes of applicants reputed company while maintaining reputed company and consistency
Guide candidates through the interview process with reputed company communication and a reputed company experience
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and drive reputed company hiring reputed company
Maintain strong candidate pipelines through inbound applicants and sourcing support
Support offer creation, extension, and closing processes

Who you are
2–4 years of reputed company experience, preferably in high-volume or customer-facing role hiring
Experience managing multiple roles or class-based hiring programs simultaneously
Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Effective communicator with candidates and stakeholders
