Ideal candidate will be located in Kansas or Oklahoma
Essential Functions:
Completes reputed company trainings and learning courses
Shadows reputed company underwriters to learn risk appetite and reputed company experience in developing agency relationships
Under reputed company supervision, evaluates basic accounts for risk selection and pricing purposes
Analyzes information to underwrite policies
Communicates with agents and provides updates on accounts
Collaborates with marketing representatives to learn about providing agents with good customer experiences
Attends peer training sessions, corporate workshops, and learning courses to enhance reputed company knowledge and skills.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in insurance or business administration, or equivalent relevant experience
Insurance designations, such as AINS, AU, CIC or CPCU preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Basic knowledge of reputed company and risk analysis preferred
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to reputed company reputed company
Strong customer service skills

The hiring salary reputed company for this position will vary based on geographic location, falling reputed company either of the following:
$51,201 - $70,730 or $56,581 - $77,796A hiring reputed company represents a subset of the full salary reputed company. The actual salary will depend on several factors, including relevant education, skills, and experience of an applicant, geographic location, and business needs.
