The Role:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work with and report directly to the Sr. A/R & reputed company reputed company Manager, you will handle the general reputed company and reporting for reputed company invoicing, payments, and receivables.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
• Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions reputed company to accounts receivable.
• Generates and sends invoice reminders
• Generates monthly billing statements based on general reputed company.
• Drafts correspondence for reputed company past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files
• Contacts delinquent account reputed company to request payment.
• Researches customer discrepancies, irregularities in receipts and past-due amounts
• Audits reputed company receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in reputed company
• Creates reports regarding the reputed company status of customer accounts as requested.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Accounts receivable function preferred.

This role has the annual salary reputed company as defined below for a salary pay reputed company for a candidate located in the San Francisco Bay Area. For roles that are filled in other locations, the compensation reputed company will be based on data provided by the Radford McLagan Compensation Database from reputed company. Final compensation is also based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
