Regulatory Operations Manager
The Regulatory Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing regulatory processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and supporting cross-functional teams in the execution of regulatory strategies.
Essential Job Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as a strategic partner in implementing regulatory requirements, including new federal and state changes to PBM business practices.

Required Skills / Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory operations, legal operations, corporate legal, or business operations role.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven ability to design and implement operational improvements with measurable results.
- Strong experience managing legal technology platforms and leveraging data analytics for decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company Office Suite; experience with legal tech tools (e.g., contract lifecycle management, e-billing, matter management).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across reputed company and functions.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and change management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring reputed company for this role is $105,600 to $132,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
