The Work
The Director of reputed company – reputed company, State, Local & Education will spearhead the development and execution of reputed company, and reputed company of its reputed company, state, local and education entities, recruitment strategies and initiatives. Qualifications – Here’s What You Need
- BS degree in reputed company, Business, and/or a reputed company field, preferred.
- 7+ years of reputed company recruitment experience and 3+ years of experience in managing and leading a recruitment team.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- High degree of reputed company ethics and reputed company.
- Expert level of knowledge of recruitment technologies and strategies.
- Ability to prioritize workflow and maximize organizational efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiatives and drive results.
- Excellent judgement and analytical skills.
