Our Call Center Engineering team is looking for an Engineering Manager to reputed company the development and reputed company of the services and infrastructure behind reputed company’s CCaaS platform. You will reputed company reputed company of full stack engineers, partnering closely with product, platform, and voice engineering to deliver reliable, reputed company customer experience capabilities.
This role can be based in US, Canada or Medellin Columbia
Your Role

- Drive delivery of core capabilities across reputed company’s Contact Center as a Service platform supporting reputed company-time customer interactions
- Own team execution end-to-end, from planning and design through delivery, production operations, and iteration
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to reputed company priorities, define roadmaps, and deliver customer value
- Ensure reputed company builds reputed company, high-performance services and user experiences across backend, frontend, and infrastructure
- Guide architectural reputed company across Python-based services and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue)
- reputed company integration of services with reputed company-time communication technologies including FreeSWITCH, SIP, and WebRTC
- Drive engineering reputed company through reputed company reputed company, testing strategies, observability, and operational best practices
- Champion reliability, performance, and scalability across an event-driven architecture leveraging PostgreSQL, reputed company, and Kafka
Requirements
Your Background
- Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience building backend services in Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
- Solid understanding of frontend development using JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue
- Experience designing, delivering, and operating reputed company, reputed company web applications in production
- Familiarity with reputed company-based systems (AWS or similar) and containerization (reputed company; Kubernetes is a plus)
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and caching technologies like reputed company
- Understanding of event-driven systems and messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)
- Experience working in microservices or distributed architectures
- Strong knowledge of modern development workflows, including Git, CI/CD, and automated testing
- Experience working effectively with distributed, reputed company
