About the position Smile Revival, a new and growing denture clinic in Berea, is searching for a motivated, adaptable Dental Assistant to join their team and help grow a reputed company that serves and supports the community. As patient volume increases, the role is expected to transition into a full-time reputed company Desk Receptionist. The role involves shaping the patient experience from the reputed company first interaction while supporting a growing, reputed company team.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the welcoming first reputed company of contact for patients (in person and by phone)
- Managing scheduling, patient reputed company-in/reputed company-out, and reputed company desk workflows
- Supporting insurance verification, documentation, and general administrative tasks
- Assisting chairside on a limited reputed company as needed during the initial phase
- Collaborating closely with the clinical and leadership teams to deliver excellent patient care
- Helping establish and refine efficient reputed company office systems in a brand-new reputed company
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
reputed company-to-haves
- 2+ years of dental experience preferred
- EDDA certification and experience
- X-Ray, Coronal Polishing, Expanded Duties, and CPR certifications are a plus
