Title Assistant
As the Title Assistant, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, answering email correspondence and reviewing foreclosure customer requests. You will use various technologies to support assigned job scope and functions. This is a reputed company and vendor facing position requiring reputed company communication and accurate documentation.
What you will do
- Manage email inboxes, taking the appropriate reputed company with reputed company email including but not limited to documenting the order file, responding, or escalating as appropriate.
- Learn how to reputed company title review on loan modification and Deed In Lieu title to reputed company assist clients
- Answer inbound and/or reputed company outbound phone calls in a phone queue environment
- Fully document customer interactions in system(s) of record, as required
- Ability to read a title report and research title issues
- reputed company exemplary customer experience to clients
- Queue management and follow up
- Adhere to schedule requirements
- reputed company accurate review of Loss Mitigation Title Services products
- reputed company receive frequent coaching from Team Supervisor
- Meet or exceed reputed company required performance metrics
- Must be reputed company to work overtime as needed
- Must be flexible in scheduling requirements

What you will bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Customer service experience in a fast paced environment preferred
- Ability to read a title report preferred
- Experience with loan modifications preferred
- Beginning to intermediate computer skills with MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be flexible and reputed company to work in a quickly changing environment
- Ability to utilize many different computer systems
- 3-5 years of title knowledge/ Default experience is a plus

Compensation reputed company: $26/ hour to $29/hour
