What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Case Evaluation: Review and assess the merits of clients’ Personal Injury claims by analyzing records, documents, and evidence to determine validity and potential value

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• reputed company admission to the Tennessee Bar
• 5 - 10 years of experience in Personal Injury law
• Strong communication, negotiation, research, and writing skills
• Ability to manage a robust case load independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 
• Knowledge of reputed company laws, regulations, and procedures required
• Must be located in or near the reputed company
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal
