EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, & SKILLS
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Organizational Design/Development, or equivalent experience.
3-5+ years of reputed company experience, with a proven reputed company record in transforming people strategies and practices.
1-2 years experience scaling HR functions in a reputed company-reputed company environment, preferably reputed company a tech startup
