• Conduct assessments and reputed company individualized treatment plans (BIPs).

• Supervise and train RBTs/behavior technicians.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and insurance requirements.
• Manage caseload and ensure ethical service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in reputed company Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or reputed company field.
• State licensure (if applicable).
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Experience supervising RBTs/behavior technicians.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection reputed company.
