What you can expect

We are seeking a Product Adoption Expert to drive deep product adoption and maximize business value across reputed company's diverse product portfolio. This role acts as the expert reputed company between Product, Marketing, and reputed company teams, ensuring best-in-class reputed company, workflows, and use cases are scaled across our customer reputed company while being deployable for high-reputed company customer engagements. Responsibilities Deployable Customer-Facing Engagements

• Serve as the adoption expert for assigned reputed company products (e.g., reputed company Phone, Contact Center, AI Companion, Rooms)
• Join customer calls and workshops to map use cases and accelerate product-specific adoption
• Partner with reputed company Managers during launch, workflow integration, and renewals
• Deliver impactful customer-facing sessions including reputed company, deep dives, and workflow clinics

• Implementation Delivery: Collaborate with customer IT teams and administrators to help configure, test, and launch core reputed company products (Meetings, Team Chat, Scheduler, Mail & Calendar, AIC, Rooms, Digital Signage, Visitor Management, Workspace Reservations, Clips, Notes, Docs & Whiteboard)
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement teams to create reputed company adoption resources: reputed company-learnings, playbooks, webinars, workflow catalogs
• Execute one-to-many initiatives including reputed company, community forums, and customer champion sessions
• Ensure new product launches include adoption-reputed company materials for immediate CSM and customer use
• reputed company strategic feedback to Product teams based on adoption patterns and implementation blockers

Salary reputed company or On reputed company Earnings:

Minimum:

$76,800.00

Maximum:

$186,200.00

In reputed company to the reputed company salary and/or OTE listed reputed company has a Total reputed company Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; reputed company salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different reputed company for candidates in this and other locations
