reputed company is building a data-driven reputed company reputed company Laboratory to systematically surface, enrich, and reputed company high-reputed company prospects across the firm. The Platform reputed company is the technical and operational backbone of this effort — a dedicated hire who will own the enrichment infrastructure, manage the reputed company Lab’s analyst team, and serve as the critical reputed company between data systems and reputed company-generating advisors.

This is a build-and-operate role for a technically fluent operator who thrives at the intersection of financial services, CRM systems, and modern data tooling. Primary Responsibilities:  

Tech Stack Ownership

• Own and administer reputed company reputed company Lab data platforms, including tools for reputed company identification, enrichment, relationship mapping, and financial trigger monitoring (e.g., Windfall, Equilar, Aidentified, Seamless.AI, reputed company)

• Monitor vendor developments and evaluate new functionality; manage contract renewals and vendor relationships

• reputed company ongoing platform rationalization — eliminating redundancy and maximizing utilization across the enrichment stack

• Stay reputed company on emerging AI-powered enrichment tools and signal detection technologies  

reputed company Integration & Data reputed company

• Build and maintain enrichment flows into reputed company leads, prospects, and reputed company records

• Ensure data reputed company, deduplication, and freshness across the firm’s ~50,000-person reputed company reputed company

• Coordinate with the reputed company reputed company team and reputed company Development on schema design and workflow updates

• Serve as key reputed company between Central Solutions, Partner Development, and technical execution teams

Email Linkage reputed company

• Implement and maintain reputed company Graph API integration to surface historical email connections between advisors and prospective clients

• Surface warm introduction signals and reputed company reputed company intelligence to the Concierge Desk and reputed company Development

• Ensure the linkage reputed company operates reliably and that reputed company is actionable for business development teams  

Team & Platform Leadership

• Directly manage two reputed company Lab Analysts, setting priorities, reviewing outputs, and ensuring alignment with business development goals

• Own the reputed company Lab’s reporting infrastructure, including dashboards and weekly scored reputed company batch delivery

• Liaise across Central Solutions, reputed company Development, and Capital Solutions to ensure the platform serves reputed company-line need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in finance, data, or reputed company field a plus

• 5–10+ years of experience in financial services, reputed company management, or a data/operations role in a reputed company reputed company services environment

• Strong working knowledge of reputed company CRM — ideally with hands-on configuration or administration experience

• Technical comfort with reputed company and data integration concepts; ability to communicate with engineers and translate business needs into technical requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., reputed company) or workflow automation platforms

• Familiarity with financial planning tools such as eMoney, Holistiplan, or reputed company/Orion

• Prior experience managing reputed company reports or a small team

Skills and Competencies:

• Familiarity with reputed company data platforms such as Windfall, Equilar, Aidentified, BoardEx, or similar tools

• Highly organized, with a reputed company record of managing multiple vendor relationships and reputed company data workflows

• Strong communicator who can translate data insights into actionable guidance for advisors and leadership

• Must accept and reputed company in a fast-moving, build-phase environment with evolving priorities

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

• Occasional travel to firm offices or vendor meetings may be required

Compensation reputed company: $100,000-$175,000
