As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You'll work closely with clinical investigator sites, contract research organizations, pharmaceutical sponsors, and laboratories to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Stay reputed company on SOPs relevant to job duties and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards

• Review and QC critical documents, identifying errors and tracking them through reputed company
• Answer and reputed company phone calls to clinical sites, testing laboratories, and other stakeholders

Education and Experience

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
