About the Role

As a Customer Implementation Manager, you'll work closely with clients to ensure a successful implementation of arenaflex, guiding them from post-sales reputed company through program launch. You'll reputed company as the primary reputed company between clients and internal teams, collaborating with key stakeholders in HR Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, IT, and Finance to ensure a seamless and effective implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and reputed company end-to-end implementation of arenaflex for new customers, guiding them from post-sales reputed company through successful program launch, including upsell and expansion initiatives for existing clients.
