What You'll Work On

• Representing the arenaflex Diagnostic Division to our customers, providing on-site support and troubleshooting reputed company instruments
• Partnering with sales, marketing, and other functional areas to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Developing and implementing effective solutions to customer complaints, ensuring reputed company and accurate documentation of complaint reputed company

• Scheduling and completing routine preventive maintenance, installations, and other updates provided by arenaflex
• Integrating effectively into the service team, supporting on-call rotation, time, territory, and inventory management, standby and after-hours responsibilities, flexible working hours, and unpredictable travel

Essential Qualifications
