About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will be responsible for:

• Providing one-to-one telephone contact with clients, applicants, and enrollees in customer service roles
• Accurately documenting enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
• Entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for clients wishing to apply for the program over the telephone
• Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in the NJ Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies
• Providing reputed company, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and reputed company monitoring processes
• The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, applicants, and co-workers
