As a part-time Tier 1 Customer Support Agent, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, providing reputed company and effective support reputed company email, chat, phone, and web-based tools. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve technical and non-technical issues, escalating reputed company problems as needed. Key Responsibilities
