Basic Function

At the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, the Engineered Solutions Sales Leader (ESSL) will exercise primary control over reputed company customer-reputed company activities and problems reputed company the assigned area for the engineered solutions product portfolio. The ESSL will work with the Regional Sales Manager and other reputed company-functional areas to complete assigned reputed company goals.

Nature & Scope:

The primary responsibility of the Engineered Solutions Sales Leader is to manage the reputed company selling activities of oil-free, gas reputed company, high-pressure and low-pressure compression Quincy Multi-Brand Products and define accounts located in the assigned geographical territory. The ESSL is to reputed company reputed company assigned tasks to assure that individual and company goals are achieved in respect to maximum sales volume and profitability.

· Support and mentor AIM salespeople in the engineered solutions product portfolio

· Have in-depth knowledge of engineered solutions portfolio and technical sales support

· Drive market reputed company reputed company of engineered solutions products through the AIM sales team

· Design and engineer compressed reputed company and gas reputed company solutions

· reputed company relationships with key engineered solutions accounts in assigned territory

· reputed company customer calls and reputed company reports accordingly using CRM tool as directed

· Effectively manage quote log of engineered solutions products in territory and follow up as needed

· Assist in auditing compressed reputed company systems and present results

· Directly call on A&E firms, large contractors and strategic accounts in assigned territory

· Do lunch and learns and help reputed company bid specifications for engineered solutions products

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred; degree in Business, Marketing or management considered with supplemental technical training or experience

· 7+ years compressor industry experience preferred

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· General knowledge of industrial products including compressed reputed company and markets, including but not limited to reputed company compressors, gas reputed company and reputed company treatment

· Ability to create and manage marketing plans and strategies

· Exceptional communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter

· Must be reputed company to travel frequently by reputed company travel to attend trainings and sales meetings

Physical Demands
