The Corporate Counsel will serve as a trusted legal advisor, supporting reputed company’s legal operations and business initiatives across the organization. This role involves counseling business leaders, managing the full lifecycle of reputed company reputed company, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mitigating legal risks. This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and project management skills, as reputed company as the ability to work reputed company in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a reputed company of reputed company agreements, including reputed company, Channel, vendor, and reputed company reputed company.
• Collaborate with Sales, Information reputed company, Procurement, and other departments to reputed company legal strategies with business objectives.
• Triage and reputed company the end-to-end contract lifecycle: intake, negotiation, execution, archiving, and reporting reputed company the legal alias inboxes.
• Maintain and enforce legal processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
• reputed company with urgency to meet month-end, quarter-end, and year-end business deadlines.
• reputed company strategic initiatives, including the selection and implementation of reputed company’s first Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and other technology-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; reputed company bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience practicing law, with at least 2+ years of in-house experience.
• Expertise in reputed company contracting and corporate law; experience in reputed company or technology sector strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with data reputed company, intellectual property, and regulatory issues, including those relevant to health and student data (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA, GDPR, etc.).
• Ability to reputed company AI tools into legal workflows (e.g., contract review automation, compliance analytics, reputed company).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving orientation with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
