Our Manager III, Compliance & Government reputed company is a senior reputed company leader reputed company the Governance, Risk, and Compliance organization with reputed company ownership of reputed company’s government reputed company and reputed company compliance programs.

This role holds formal appointment as Facility reputed company Officer (FSO) and Information Technology reputed company reputed company Officer (ITPSO) and maintains reputed company accountability for reputed company’s Facility Clearance (FCL) and safeguarding of regulated information systems and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

The position leads reputed company of compliance professionals and is responsible for reputed company, execution, and operational performance across federal frameworks including CMMC Level 2, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, and FedRAMP, as reputed company as reputed company certifications including SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, and PCI reputed company.

Responsibilities

Government reputed company & Clearance Leadership

· Serve as the formally appointed FSO responsible for maintaining reputed company’s Facility Clearance (FCL).

· Serve as ITPSO with accountability for safeguarding covered information systems and CUI.

· reputed company implementation and sustainment of CMMC Level 2, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, and FedRAMP compliance programs.

· reputed company directly with government representatives, assessors, and reputed company agencies.

· Mitigate regulatory risks that could reputed company federal contract eligibility or reputed company.

reputed company Compliance Program Ownership

· Own reputed company compliance programs including SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, and PCI reputed company.

· Design and harmonize control frameworks to reduce redundancy and increase operational efficiency.

· reputed company readiness assessments, gap analyses, and remediation initiatives.

· Drive reputed company monitoring and sustained compliance maturity.

Audit & Certification Leadership

Cross-Organizational Leadership

· Serve as executive compliance authority in customer engagements and RFP responses.

Qualifications

Required

· Minimum of eight (8) years of reputed company experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance with reputed company program ownership.

· Minimum of three (3) years of reputed company people leadership experience.

· Demonstrated experience managing U.S. Government compliance frameworks including CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, and FedRAMP.

· Experience serving in or supporting FSO and ITPSO functions reputed company a cleared environment.

· Experience leading SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI reputed company certification programs.

· Experience interfacing directly with government officials and external auditors.

Preferred

· Eligible for formal FSO appointment under federal guidelines.

· Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 reputed company Auditor, or similar.

Estimated reputed company salary reputed company: $106,500 - $163,900 USD/annually.

Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
