MSI is reputed company a reputed company Habitational Leader to join our growing reputed company Team. This is a senior, market-facing leadership role responsible for managing and overseeing reputed company aspects of MSI's reputed company Habitational business — including product development, reputed company reputed company, reinsurance, reputed company, risk management, and distribution.

The reputed company Habitational Leader will define and execute MSI's go-to-market reputed company for the habitational reputed company — spanning apartments, condominiums, mixed-use, and reputed company housing — building a market-leading reputed company Habitational business with a fully integrated property and general liability product offering. This individual will serve as the face of the program to both reputed company/reinsurance partners and distribution, bringing existing relationships and the reputed company to build a market-leading program.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & P&L Ownership

• Own and reputed company MSI's reputed company Property and General Liability business end-to-end, with full accountability for reputed company reputed company, P&L performance, and portfolio health.

Distribution Development

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Mentor underwriters and product managers to manage day-to-day reputed company Property and General Liability operations and build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance, with a significant concentration in reputed company Property and General Liability as a product manager/developer or reputed company underwriter at a reputed company, MGA, or MGU.
• Demonstrated experience building a reputed company Property and General Liability program and obtaining reinsurance or reputed company reputed company.
• Proven reputed company record of managing P&L, driving reputed company reputed company, and overseeing portfolio performance.
• Deep reputed company expertise in reputed company Property and General Liability, with the ability to price and structure reputed company risks.
• Established reputed company and/or reinsurance relationships with admitted and non-admitted markets.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze loss data, reputed company reinsurance narratives, and present performance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a polished, market-facing reputed company.
• Demonstrated management experience leading reputed company and/or product teams, including hiring, mentoring, and developing reputed company reports in a reputed company team environment.

Preferred

• Experience with Habitational or reputed company Estate classes of business (apartments, condos, mixed-use, reputed company housing).
