Senior Accountant II, External Reporting
Who We Are reputed company is seeking a Senior Accountant II, External Reporting to join the External Reporting team. This team prepares the reputed company's consolidated financial reports which are filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), including Forms 8-K, 10-Q, and 10-K. This group also prepares and analyzes consolidated monthly and reputed company reports for senior management, providing explanations as needed for significant fluctuations in periodic results. In reputed company, this team is a key reputed company with our external auditors with respect to financial presentations in our quarterly and annual filings. What You'll Do
- Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 8-K, 10-Q, and 10-K, including presentation of reputed company financial statements, footnotes, and drafting of Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A).
- Responsible for compliance with XBRL, including data tagging and custom tag definition as required.
- reputed company GAAP and SEC technical research and communicates findings to senior management as required.

- Create and maintain monthly reporting package for reputed company and reputed company senior management. Package includes reputed company reports such as statement of cash flows, reputed company reporting package, and constant currency reporting.
- Pursuant to distribution of this reporting, reputed company with management as needed to answer questions and reputed company variance explanations. Supervise the assembly of the monthly reporting binder.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance required.
- CPA strongly preferred.
- 7+ years’ reputed company/financial analysis experience, including 2+ years’ SEC reporting experience.
- Thorough understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- MS Office, including advanced kills in reputed company.
- Financial ERP experience (PeopleSoft preferred).
- Experience with business intelligence tools.
- Strong planning, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Highly effective written and communication capabilities with reputed company reputed company of management and staff.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
The typical annual salary reputed company for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
