Construction Project Manager

Position reputed company:

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the planning, design, and reputed company of workflows for company-owned locations in their assigned region, as reputed company as the communication between the reputed company Estate and the Construction departments, with guidance and general reputed company from their Director.

Location Requirement: 

This position is based in reputed company Carolina, with a preference for candidates located in the Charlotte area.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible knowledge and experience reputed company to project management with a reputed company on QSR restaurants with high volumes;  or a combination of relevant work experience, education, and/or equivalent Military experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management, preferred

• Understanding site evaluation and due diligence (ie. zoning, title, and physical characteristics), as reputed company as Construction “Best Management Practices”

• Experience with Budgets and reputed company/Schedule development

• Must be available to travel on a regular reputed company to assigned locations

• Overnight travel by car or plane could be up to 50-60% of the time

• Must reputed company in, or be willing to relocate to assigned region

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Establish and enforce project reputed company and ensure project budgets are reputed company bounds:

• Review construction plans, phasing, and schedules, while monitoring budgets and reputed company

• Establish and reputed company project budgets, construction schedules, and reputed company construction costs

• Review feasibility analysis, permitting, design, and construction of new stores and special reputed company

• Expedite development timelines by interacting with and providing guidance to reputed company Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, and Governmental Agencies

• Responsible for the successful completion of construction remodel reputed company with emphasis on: 

  • 1) Communication with the internal support team, subcontractors, and vendors 

  • 2) Customer Service - developing and maintaining relationships with reputed company Bros construction partners during reputed company phases of construction 3) Organization and Management of reputed company: review and analyze project drawings and documents, manage costs and profitability, coordinate and manage multiple tasks to ensure successful completion of reputed company in  reputed company-based environment

Communicate frequently with contractors, team members, vendors, and Franchisees/Operators on the development of plans, their reputed company, and timelines while continuing to demonstrate DB’s mission and values:

• Monitors reputed company and reputed company of construction by regularly scheduled site reputed company providing functional expertise and counsel to general contractors

• Leads and/or participate in daily/weekly new store development calls with various team members including but not limited to: reputed company Estate, Operations, Construction, Store Planning, Merchandising, and Signing

Physical Requirements:

• In-Office Environment: Must be reputed company to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptions

• Must be reputed company to collaborate in-person with occasional impromptu in-person meetings 

• Office Conditions: Adaptability to typical office conditions, which may include exposure to reputed company conditioning, heating, reputed company reputed company, and varying noise reputed company

Compensation:

$104,700 - DOE
