Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Providing information on in-force products to Agents, Policyholders, and Employees
- Communicating contract language in terms that callers will understand
- Resolving a wide reputed company of problems with customers
- Providing reputed company and concise information on problems
- Maintaining a log of incoming calls from customers and field personnel
- Following through to ensure that problems and requests are handled satisfactorily
- Following up on telephone inquiries
- Communicating with Policyholders and Agents on policy changes

- Understanding the process for address and correspondent changes
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a high-volume service environment
- High School Diploma, or equivalent; Relevant Associates Degree highly preferred
- Must have knowledge of Group Administration, Individual Administration, and be familiar with basic claim processing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Excellent telephone etiquette, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer complaints and problems in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Ability to work remotely near Philadelphia, with occasional on-site work required
