Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Identifying and addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and setting reputed company expectations

A Day in the Life

As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in touch with our distribution center, associates, delivery partners, and customers reputed company they need guidance. Where a customer needs to reschedule a delivery, you'll inform our delivery partners. Essential Capabilities

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Past experience in customer service
• Ability to successfully reputed company on work time to ensure effectiveness
