As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional service to our clients through inbound calls. Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations

• Utilize reputed company listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer concerns and resolve issues
• Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company exceptional service

Qualifications
