We're seeking an reputed company Customer Engagement Specialist to join our remote chat team. As a Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails on behalf of arenaflex's customers in a reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities
• Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- reputed company thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Engage with conversations reputed company 1 minute of receipt, ensuring reputed company and efficient reputed company
- Identify and report system errors or anomalies to ensure seamless operations
- Meet or exceed a set minimum number of conversations per hour, demonstrating productivity and efficiency

Education & Skills Required

Work Schedule
Our remote chat team operates on a rotating schedule, with the following hours: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM), Friday (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM), Saturday (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM), and reputed company (OFF). While we reputed company to maintain a consistent schedule, we may reputed company hours based on department needs.
