As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights, you will be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our world-class technology
- Being a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Building business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Understanding customer needs and recommending arenaflex's best solutions
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
