As an On-Site Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
- Documenting call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
- Upselling reputed company customers on new or reputed company services

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service experience preferred
