As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with filing claims, providing solutions, and ensuring their products are protected. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities
* Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a reputed company manner, using effective communication skills to resolve customer issues
- Follow communication "scripts" reputed company handling different topics, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research, and reputed company solutions and/or alternatives to meet their expectations
- Skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure, adapting to changing situations and priorities

- Ability to use technology effectively and productively, with a strong understanding of software and hardware requirements
- Previous remote work from home experience a plus, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Quick learner with a strong desire to learn and grow, with the ability to type 35 words per minute accurately
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with reputed company listening and problem-solving abilities

Pay and Benefits
* Starting pay: $14/hour, plus shift reputed company (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
- Work hours: 9:00am-7:00pm (EST); Work Days: Mon-Fri & Every Other Sat 9a-2p

- Status: Full Time; Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days
