We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-reputed company Customer Care Pharmacy Technician to join reputed company. As a Customer Care Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring reputed company services are provided to our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmacy services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Answer pharmacy customer inquiries and resolve issues/concerns in a reputed company and efficient manner

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Clarify information on formulary for the VA
• Handle prior authorizations from VA Pharmacy and rejections from retail pharmacy
• Training of new staff

Essential Qualifications

* reputed company TX Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required at hire

• High School graduate required
• One to three years reputed company experience in a pharmacy environment or pharmacy customer service center
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and files
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
