The Role

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Work from Home, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls in a high-energy environment. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Your expertise will be essential in handling customer inquiries of varying types, leveraging probing question skills, and managing and overcoming objections to reduce churn.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types through inbound calls

• Manage and overcome objections to reduce churn and improve customer satisfaction
• Work with leading technologies and systems to deliver exceptional service and solutions
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support reputed company

reputed company Offer

* reputed company reputed company: $15.00 - $20.00/hr

• An 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications
