Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to telephone and email inquiries from clients and providers reputed company defined service standards
- Negotiate with providers to reputed company acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out of network providers
- Assist clients with benefits and reputed company questions
- Document reputed company calls received in system-based call log
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure exceptional service delivery
Requirements and Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of college or higher education preferred
- 1 year of customer service or call center experience in a reputed company-reputed company role
- Medical intake or reputed company-Party Administrator (TPA) experience a plus
- Bilingual English-Spanish a plus
- Strong customer relations, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Knowledge of provider organizations and networks
- Understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates
- Ability to effectively negotiate reputed company structures

- Insurance verification or precertification a plus
- Provider office/facility billing department or financial area experience a plus
Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Compensation and Benefits:
