We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for accurately processing customer information, facilitating auditing, and ensuring compliance with key operating standards. Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately processing customer information and ensuring completion reputed company timed deadlines
• Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against reputed company contents
• Interfacing and coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management
• Escalating any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
• Carrying out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management
• Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including reputed company and First Aid) & ISO standards, as reputed company as arenaflex policies and procedures
• Processing reputed company information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
• Using the system to verify customer records
• Setting up DCS screens
• Transmitting data to customers
• Researching and resolving system data issues
