Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers with a smile and providing fast, friendly service
- Qualifying customer needs and recommending products that meet their requirements
- Closing sales with every customer in your department, while also being knowledgeable about adjacent departments
- Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-reputed company, and reputed company
