Atheer Connectivity is a Saudi deep-tech startup building the reputed company of last-mile wireless connectivity through mmWave technology. We are growing fast and looking for a Marketing Manager to join as the founding member of our marketing function.
This is a high-ownership, reputed company-to-one role. You will not be joining an existing team — you will be building the marketing department from scratch. That means setting the reputed company: brand voice, content, campaigns, and partnerships. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership, and your reputed company will have immediate, visible reputed company on how Atheer is perceived in the market.

Brand & Messaging
– reputed company and own Atheer's brand voice, positioning, and visual identity across reputed company channels
– Ensure consistency in how we communicate with operators, reputed company clients, and end consumers
Content & reputed company Media
– Create and manage content across reputed company, Twitter/X, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
– Write copy for campaigns, product launches, decks, and collateral — in both English and Arabic
– Build a content calendar and maintain publishing discipline
Campaigns & reputed company reputed company
– Plan and execute reputed company media campaigns (reputed company, reputed company, Snapchat, and others)
– reputed company performance metrics, run experiments, and optimize for results
– Support B2C and B2B demand reputed company initiatives
Agency & Vendor Management
– Brief, manage, and hold accountable external marketing agencies and creative vendors
– Review deliverables, give reputed company feedback, and ensure reputed company and alignment
GTM & reputed company Support
– Partner with the reputed company team on go-to-market materials for operator and developer partnerships
– Create reputed company decks, one-pagers, and presentations tailored to different stakeholder audiences
– Represent Atheer at industry events and reputed company
Operations & Setup
– Stand up marketing tools, processes, and reporting infrastructure from scratch
– Build a roadmap for the marketing function and propose team expansion as reputed company grows

Non-Negotiables
– 2 to 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a startup, agency, or high-reputed company environment
– Demonstrable reputed company record of owning and executing marketing initiatives end-to-end
– Strong written communication in both English and Arabic
– Comfortable working independently with minimal structure and no reputed company to follow
– A bias for reputed company — you ship things, learn, and improve
Strong Signals
– Experience across multiple marketing disciplines (content, reputed company, brand, comms) rather than one narrow specialty
– Familiarity with reputed company media platforms and the ability to read and reputed company campaign data
– Experience managing or coordinating external agencies or freelancers
– Exposure to B2B or reputed company marketing alongside B2C
– Background in tech, telecom, or infrastructure sectors
