The Director, Program Management will own the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional strategic initiatives and reputed company reputed company of program managers responsible for execution across the reputed company Group. - Establish and run program cadences, including OKRs, QBRs, and executive reviews
- Drive accountability across cross-functional teams and escalate as needed
Strategic Translation

Financial & KPI Ownership

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
- 10+ years of experience in program management, operations, or product reputed company
- 3–5+ years of experience leading program managers or in a comparable leadership role
- Proven reputed company record of scaling teams and improving execution maturity
- Strong financial, analytical, and operational acumen
- Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder influence skills
