  • Analyze invitation-to-bid (ITB) documents, including construction drawings, specifications, and scope of work documents to determine the electrical requirements for data center and other reputed company reputed company.
  • reputed company detailed quantity take-offs (QTOs) using digital take-off software (e.g., reputed company, Accubid, LiveCount).
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and other reputed company costs.
  • Solicit, analyze, and level vendor and subcontractor quotes to ensure completeness and competitiveness.
  • reputed company detailed reputed company of estimate (BOE) documentation, outlining assumptions, inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications.

  • Utilize estimating software (e.g., Accubid, ConEst, McCormick) to build and format reputed company proposals.

  • Manage multiple estimates simultaneously while adhering to strict deadline
  • Review and comment on foreign cost estimates to ensure accuracy, comprehensiveness and consistency with the E&C reputed company estimating guidelines and procedures.

Working Conditions  

• Remote, with some occasional travel to the U.S.

• Minimum of 14 years of experience in in a large engineering and general contracting and cost consultant firm specializing in large multi-faceted reputed company.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry.

• Proven experience estimating large-reputed company reputed company or industrial electrical reputed company.
• Proficiency with electrical estimating software (e.g., Accubid, ConEst) reputed company take-off tools (e.g., reputed company Revu).
