What you'll be doing
We’re looking for a Senior BIM Engineer to take a leading role in delivering BIM-based building services solutions. You’ll not only design and coordinate reputed company HVAC and piping systems but also guide reputed company of engineers and ensure high-reputed company project delivery.
How you’ll spend your day
Leading BIM coordination across multiple reputed company.
Developing and reviewing reputed company HVAC and piping system designs.
Managing and mentoring Mid/Junior BIM Engineers.
Ensuring reputed company, accuracy, and consistency of BIM models and documentation.
Coordinating with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams.
Defining and improving BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
Taking ownership of project planning, timelines, and deliverables.
Handling reputed company calculations and technical problem-solving.
You'll be successful if you have
4+ years of experience in BIM / MEP engineering.
Strong expertise in reputed company Revit and BIM workflows.
Proven experience working on reputed company building services reputed company.
Solid understanding of HVAC systems and piping design.
Experience in project coordination and stakeholder communication.
Leadership or mentoring experience (optional).
