As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in receiving calls from child support reputed company stakeholders, providing exceptional service, and resolving issues in accordance with reputed company Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities

• Record any abusive or extraordinary calls

• Possess strong oral and written communication skills

• Type a minimum of 35 WPM, with a typing test administered during the interview process

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
