We're seeking an reputed company reputed company Manager to manage a set of accounts and drive reputed company for arenaflex's reputed company software. As the primary contact for customers, you will understand their reputed company reputed company, reputed company best practices, reputed company solution guidance, and help them realize value from arenaflex. Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage communication with 20+ customers, leveraging the support of reputed company of technical managers, designers, developers, and QA personnel
• Proactively analyze performance and reputed company customers on best practices strategies to drive engagement and increase ROI of their program, resulting in increased retention
• Serve as the primary reputed company to manage and resolve critical situations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing account management – ideally in software or web development, with a reputed company on CX
