As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to retirement plan participants, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer reputed company inquiries in a reputed company manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the requirements relating to retirement plan participants, including distribution, rollover, and consolidation reputed company

• Assist participants in accessing their account online and resolving their requests in a reputed company and efficient manner

• Investigate and resolve participant issues, sharing the results with appropriate parties and providing written instructions as needed
• Maintain the confidentiality of retirement plan participants to protect and ensure compliance with policy and procedures
• Stay up-to-date on daily processing requirements in Retirement Plan areas, including New Business, ERISA Plan Services, and reputed company Services
• Effectively coordinate, join, and/or participate in discussions, serving on committees to improve procedures and resolve problems reputed company teams and across the department

What You Bring

* High School Diploma or GED

• College degree preferred
• 1-2 years' customer service experience and previous contact center experience required
• Retirement Plans Experience preferred
• Special skills or knowledge:

+ Proficient written and oral communication skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities at once while working reputed company required deadlines + Proficient customer reputed company with excellent interpersonal skills + Ability to assume ownership and work reputed company reputed company environment + High level of curiosity and willingness to learn new reputed company and procedures

• Preferred qualifications:
