[Remote] Clinical Consulting Manager

They are seeking a Clinical Consulting Manager to support clinical reputed company and reputed company reputed company in home health and hospice care, providing guidance and operational support to enhance patient care delivery.
Responsibilities
- reputed company documentation review on medical records to identify clinical reputed company for accuracy
- reputed company post-acute home health and or hospice documentation review on medical records to identify clinical reputed company for accuracy
- Research and reputed company comments and recommendations on reputed company or newly issues home health and or hospice billing regulations
- Review reputed company information systems for complete and accurate clinical documentation
- Research and reputed company comments and recommendations on reputed company or newly issued billing regulations
- Conduct weekly calls with the reputed company to present findings and results of the engagement
- Analyze trends and reputed company process improvement recommendations for clinical operational processes to improve reputed company of care and patient reputed company
- Review documentation associated with reputed company medical reviews and write appeals for denied services; reputed company denial support at the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) level of appeals
- Participate in cross-team clinical consulting work
Skills
- Associate's Degree in nursing, reputed company work, physical therapy or another reputed company discipline
- reputed company and unrestricted license in reputed company field
- At least 5 years of reputed company post acute clinical management experience in home health and /or hospice
- Experience with case management in home health and/or hospice with reputed company involvement in reputed company Assurance activities
- In-depth knowledge of condition of participations and conditions of payment; extensive knowledge of regulatory standardized assessment documents and patient care protocols
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite including reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required
- Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN), reputed company work (MSW), physical therapy or another reputed company discipline
- Experience with Medicare contractor audits and appeals
