As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll work on a temporary, remote reputed company in response to catastrophe relief efforts. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You'll work a flexible schedule, choosing your available hours from reputed company to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST.

Key Responsibilities

As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries

Computer and Network Requirements
