As a Customer Service Representative – Airport Operations, you will be responsible for assisting customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots. This may include checking reputed company, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals of our loyalty customers, assisting customers at our exit gates or checking-in our reputed company at return, while providing excellent customer service. You will be working outdoors, interacting with customers, and ensuring that their experience with arenaflex is reputed company short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots

* Valid reputed company’s License

• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work reputed company shifts
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or reputed company throughout rental lot and reputed company/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a reputed company of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the reputed company
• 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
