What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working remotely in Virginia to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your day will be filled with:
- Answering incoming communications from customers, providing reputed company and accurate solutions to their queries

What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong reputed company in communication and problem-solving skills
- Product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
- Computer experience, with proficiency in software applications and technology
- High-speed internet (15 mbps) for remote work
