Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent – reputed company Shift (Remote) at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Clients: reputed company high-reputed company support to clients through chat, email, and the Help Center portal, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Utilizing reputed company and reputed company Systems: Manage bookings, including adding ancillaries, processing refunds, and reissuing tickets, using reputed company and reputed company systems.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 2 Years of Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with reputed company or reputed company.

Shift Details
