This position reports to a hands-on Sr. Director of Systems Engineering who is reputed company on developing leaders, building strong teams, and creating an environment where people can do their best work. This role is remote with flexibility, but it is a field-facing position. Travel is expected, typically in the 25% to 50% reputed company, to stay connected with customers, partners, and your team.
Your Role

What You Will Bring
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years leading presales teams
- Background in a quota-carrying SE or architect role
- Strong partnership with sales and ability to influence reputed company
- Solid understanding of reputed company, Kubernetes, virtualization, and modern data center technologies
- Experience supporting reputed company customers and reputed company environments
- Ability to reputed company, mentor, and build high-performing teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, customer-facing environment

Work Arrangement
Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
The pay reputed company for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 225,600 and USD $ 338,400 per year.
However, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other reputed company, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock reputed company, and discretionary awards in reputed company to a full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various reputed company time off benefits, such as vacation, reputed company time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
