Customer Service Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or chat, in both English and Spanish
- Ability to master and apply initial training concepts while demonstrating the ability to learn new concepts
- Available as assigned to accept calls in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Determines the nature of the call and takes reputed company possible reputed company, including research, completing forms, or any follow up to ensure the provision of accurate information, service and assistance upon first contact

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
Two years college education preferred
1-2 years proven work experience with customer contact
Ability to complete 8–10-week training class and demonstrate proficiency of the material
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer skills required
Customer reputed company professionalism
Call center experience strongly preferred
- The call center is reputed company from 8A - 11P EST, we ask for flexibility with these hours as business needs dictate

- Ability to work holidays
